Yes, for about 40 euros they told me. They also said that the fogs inside the headlights are not wired but he could provide easy instructions on how to move the wiring from the fogs on the bumper to the ones in the headlights. In my case I want to have both fogs active on independent switches to use one or the other not both at once. I also asked about the LEDs dimming or shutting off when the turn signal is on and he said that the LEDs stay at full brightness but they are working into getting the lights to dimm with the turn signal on.
