Default Replacing 1 tire with 3/32 difference?

My rear tires are 7/32 tread and I need to replace one that will be 10/32 for a difference of 3/32. Will this difference cause any negative issues?

Thanks.

According to Audi, up to a 4/32 difference is acceptable. If it were me, I would replace in pairs as long as the difference between the pairs doesn’t exceed 4/32.
Also I believe Tire Rack can shave down your new tire to match the old ones.
