Hi, to all of you. Great forum

So I have audi a6 c6 2006, and want to install custom subwoofer and amp. The main question is where do I get music source for amplifier? From original amplifier or from one of the speakers?

I've put in amps and sub+speakers.. i went with the digital route
meaning: i use a most optical to analog converter
when i did it there where 2 options i recall..
one is the cheaper "Dietz 1572" converter
and "moBridge" converter (which i now use)

So I used rear deck speakers as my audio source + high/low audio filter adapter with remote turn on (Something like this ). Unfortunatly, rear deck speakers are not optimal solution for audio source, not enough base.

Will look at something else, po audio source If you have some more suggestions, share with me
