Vacuum in fuel tank

Hi!
Wanted to know if it is normal, if there is something like vacuum in fuel tank. Everytime when i fill car with fuel (when i open fuel tank's cap) there is some sound of vacuum.

do you mean a de-pressurization sound? I have not heard it on my car.. not that I can remember.

Yes, this is normal. It is part of the emissions control system.

the fuel system is pressurized. helps with fuel delivery when the weather is colder. more butane is added in the winter. RVP, google it. less is needed in the summer or warmer climates.
