Default What company are you asking about?

Be aware that, unless they've changed, Audi/VW bank does not completely transfer responsibility. So both you and the new lessee remain on the contract.

Default whoops. lease folks. I know the name doesn't come off, since I've tranfered to my sister before, but

will these guys protect me somehow?<ul><li><a href="http://www.leasefolks.com/faq.asp">http://www.leasefolks.com/faq.asp</a</li></ul>

I transferred a lease through Swapalease and was quite happy with their service. The overall experience is a lot more dependent on your own leasing company, as some are more difficult to deal with than others.

Default No, they don't protect you. They just provide a site to connect you with buyers..

Once you find a buyer, you work directly with your leasing company and the site has nothing to do with the transfer.
Leasetrader.com and Swapalease.com are probably the larger lease takeover sites. I've used both of them for lease transfers.

You may want to ask Audi Financial if they would be willing to release you if you get someone with impeccable credit.
