UPDATE. Car repaired by Audi in 2 hours. The fuel level float arm was hung up on a wire, thus showing fuel in tank when there actually wasn't any. I drove car over 300 miles, not one issue.

Next question: how many miles are you getting per tank. When I fil up, the range goes to 530 miles. Sound right? Im want to compare to be sure the "arm" is not hung up again.

530 on a fresh fuel up after the previous 2 full tanks were 'pampered' driving... so you're good. Spirited previous 2 fill ups will be about 475 miles on your 3rd fill up; keep in mind it will drastically change by half tank based on your driving. I haven't done the math recently but I know I don't get 500 miles to a tank however a few times I went on extended road trips I got very good range so I was probably close to 500.
