Default ACC not working - but no error message

Noticed yesterday that the adaptive cruise control on my 2012 A7 isn't working. Specifically, I pull the lever back into the on position, press the button, etc., but nothing "turns on". Oddly, it's not throwing a code or giving me the Not Available message, so whatever the issue is, it's not being picked up by the monitoring system. Everything was working fine a few days ago, and I had the system re-calibrated recently after replacing a broken windshield, so it shouldn't be a sensor positioning issue. Maybe a fuse? (But wouldn't that throw a code?) Any suggestions for troubleshooting would be appreciated!

Update: Getting an error message now. Something to the effect of "No sensor visibility",

I had problems with mine, which ended up being the cable between the camera module at the windshield and the image processing module below the caret in front of the front seat. Based on the error message, I think it might be referring to the camera module. Can you give the actual code?

Interesting. Given that the error message referred to a sensor issue, I had assumed that it was referring to one of the two "fog light" sensors. Completely forgot about the one behind the rear view mirror. Given that I recently replaced the windshield, it makes sense that something might not have gotten re-attached tightly enough and has pulled loose. Wishful thinking probably; I'm sure it will be something much more involved and costly.

Unfortunately (?), I've only gotten the code once and was driving at the time, so I didn't get a chance to write it down. If it shows up again, I'll be sure to grab it.
