On my A4, there was no way to "Pause" a song. You could mute but the song would go on. They fixed that in a future update, so I'm sure they will fix this too, but don't count on it this year.

Yep, radio can be turned-off
Yep, you can turn-off the radio all the way. To mute it, you press the button. To turn it off all the way, hold the button down for a bit longer. But the entire MMI system shuts when you do this.

My two early annoyances....
2. I'd like to have an idle position for my side-view mirrors adjustment. When it is pointing to a side, I can bump it accidentally. When it is in heater position, it still shows on the energy consumer display even if too warm to be engaged.
Let me know if I'm over looking something

1. The heads-up display can be adjusted two ways. On the dash, there is a dial that lets the HEIGHT of the projection be tweaked. To change the BRIGHTNESS of the display, however, you have to go to the settings on the screen. Because I like to adjust the brightness depending on the daylight, I'd rather that have been attached to the on-dash dial so I can get to it on the fly. I don't need easy access to the height control. If the two had been swapped, that would have worked better for me.

That's right!! Brightness is more suitable for that rotary dial... I don't ever change the height but do need to change the brightness. I wonder if you can hold the button and then turn... will have to try it tomorrow.

Just curious, the mirror defrost is not tied to the climate control system (or am I reading your post incorrectly)? I had a 9-3 and the mirror defrost was tied directly to the ACC, which activated based on atmospheric conditions and didn't require any special button to activate it. I take delivery in May but trying to learn as much as I can before doing so. Thanks.
