Where do I get a map update for my 2012 A7 and how do I install it?

Considering this myself. Might go the aftermarket CarPlay option instead of a dealer trip

I already paid and downloaded the map files. I don't need to update my MMI firmware. Their is instructions for download, but they aren't totally clear so I don't know how to install. PM me with email and I will share files, if you can figure out how to install I would be stoked.
