Default Streaming audio

I noticed when streaming audio in my 2012 A7, the playback timer displays 0:00 and never changes, yet my wife's 2013 A5 will display the timer correctly. I'm assuming the MMI needs an update?
BTW, I'm Bluetooth streaming from the same source, iphone 5, in both cars.

Most likely you will need a MMI update. Check out the link that Snagit posted.

Hey,

this is John, we met at jacksonville, you helped me out on the Vag-Com mod,
I actually stole your idea, went to dealer told them the same thing about the 0:00,
I got the MMI updated to the most recent under warranty.
0714_2 or something like that.

most surprisingly it did not wipe out your vagcom mods!!

anyways, good luck!!

I don't believe it's possible through Bluetooth in an Audi. However, you can play video three different ways in most current models; AMI cable, SDHC cards (or loaded from the card to the Jukebox) and, of course, the DVD player. There are resolution maximums and format restrictions with the SDHC card and AMI.

You'll need the red grommeted AMI cable for video and album art.
