Bumper cover is held on by 2 metric bolts under the license plate, and several "anti rattle" clips.
The headlight washers are ~$70 a side to replace, if I remember right. Ask me how I know! 8)
The cover is $700 to replace .. Just re-attach the thing, buy new washer necks and have a *good* shop shoot on a well-matched color.
