1997 a8 lower bumper grills
didn't notice when i bought the car, but all three (center, left and right) are missing. i'm sure i can probably get them from a dealer, but are there any better alternatives out there? the junk yards in kentucky aren't loaded up with audi parts, by any means.
i couldn't find what i was looking for on ebay either.
thanks,
don

You may want to try these guys in the UK.
They are very helpful and will give you a shipping charge I'm sure.

Dealer wants almost 300 for all 3. Shokan says they're always out of stock and when they do have....
they still charge close to the original price. They sold the lower left and right on ebay for about 130.

I don't find Shokan to ever have very competitive prices
Pick up phone, call Shokan:
PW: Do you have part XXX?
Shokan: Do you have a part number?
PW: No, but it's the MFSW self cancelling ring pictured on the car on your home page that you just got in.
Shokan: Sorry, but without a part number, I can't help you.
PW calls back: Here is the part number.
Shokan: Yes, we have it, please wait.
(They look up the list price, then quote you about 60-65% of that, which is about 30% less than you can get it new from Carsen of Riverside)
Shokan: Yes, I'm going to quote you an extremely high price for a used part.
PW: Can you do the extremely high price minus $100?
Shokan: No.
PW: Thank you, I will call around.
Then I get it cheaper.

Some other places to try...
I agree with "backdoc" about just getting the new ones. But, if you are still looking for used: www.force5auto.com in NH or the link below. I never tried these places but heard they're good. Good luck!! :-)

Dad's Auto in Californ-i-a
