Default I made mine out of steel. It is a stupid design.

I thought it was over-engineered until I took apart a D3 armrest. That thing must have like 30 parts in it. I've modified to fit the D2.

Default Hmmm, that's interesting... mine is missing one too...but I've never seen the broken arm rest

I bought the car like that two months ago, and didn't ask why one of them was missing. I guess now I know. ;-|

Default Remove the cover and have an auminium welder make and attach a new post-mine

has been repaired two years ago and stronger than stock Im sure
