Default binge day today-pulled a puddle light switch from the door lock to try and identify the micro

switch at fault- the part with the writing on is one of two tiny micro switches embedded in the casing of the puddle light switch that is in turn attaced to the door lock.when the lock is triggered by opening the door the large plastic[white peice] is pushed down onto the tiny black pin enclosed in the orange coloured rubber grommet-I would like to get hold of some of the little internal switches.
also pulled the airbag to get at the steering coloum switch [the up/down is only working intermittently] but even pulling the switch apart gave no answers-Ill have to replace it I guess.
also refinished my seats with a slight pearl finish-very pleased so at least I achieved something.

Default It is done by removing the tannery finish from the leather surface then

matching the color and refinishing [spraying] the color and re-applying clear topcoats in the same way that the tannery would with some small differences in application and chemistry.
I used a little silver pearl in the topcoats to give a subtle pearl effect to the leather.

One switch is for the puddles, one for the alarm. I might have forgot. I pulled mine last year.

Default not off the top of my head.

double check of they are a ground from the door pins. If they are, just ground the light side of the switch and see which lights come on.

Check the Bentley for exact wiring ( I am not responsible for any mistakes ) and use a digital VOM.

Cheers,
