Default Climate Control light out.

Drivers side temperature display no longer has illumination. Is this lamp replaceable? Advice?

Default Here is another link on how to get the AC unit out

Read through both threads, you don't have to take it all the way out to replace the bulbs.

Good luck

Thanks. I have the Bently manual. It certainly can't compare to the information with pictures provided in your link. The manual does however show 3 bulbs (rt, center & lf) replaceable from the top of the unit.

Default That's right

Like the earlier thread says:

"You do not have to take the Climate Control unit all the way out to replace the bulbs. Once the whole console is out, it is easier to remove the wood trim (4 small nuts), now you can just unscrew the 7 tiny screws from the front of the AC unit, and the face comes right off."

Again, remember to replace all three bulbs

Good luck

I ordered the bulbs at the dealer today. They told me there were four bulbs...unlike what Bently says...guess I'll be giving it a try this weekend.
