Default dead light

So the light on my instrument panel in the center with all the warning lights and current gear has gone out when i am in gear; however, when in park it does tell me to put the brake in, et cetera.

(highly) possible cause: switch(relay) on the tranny?

Default On the wiper stalk, there is a little

square button on the bottom. Press that and it will come on again.

Your finger? It's a fairly large button on the bottom of the wiper stalk (not the end).

I meant to say what makes it flipout like that. I knew about the reset button, just only used it for resetting averages in the computer and such.

In addition to reset, it's also used to turn the display on/off.
