Fuel filter
Guys, my car will not start up since more than two weeks. Before this happened, i experienced some surging on the car. Some people suggested to me to replace the fuel filter and see what happens.
The problem is that I could not locate the fuel filter up to now! Could anyone please help me...

If your car is not starting it's not the fuel filter
But most likely the fuel pump is dead. You can take your fuel line off your engine, turn on the ignition and see if it flows fuel.
The fuel filter is under the right rear wheel inner fender.

Agreed. If your fuel pump is dead (mine was) you should be able to get the car started by doing...
...the following until it is fixed:
1. Turn key to crank the engine for half a second
2. Turn key to turn car off
3. Repeat step 1 and 2 five to six times so enough fuel gets to the cylinders to get ignition
4. Crank the engine until it starts, hopefully within five seconds or so.
Good luck!

Found it. It does not look like the one on alldatadia.com. This one is plastic black...thats why i missed it. Anyways, I will check my dealer tomorrow and replace it. Hopefully this will solve the puzzle.
thank you.
thank you.

Re: If your car is not starting it's not the fuel filter
Fuel filter is pretty inexpensive, less than $30 via dealer, less at NAPA or Schuck's.
The pump, however, is crafted from pure Unobtanium and will be dear unless you tear the assembly down to the VDO fuel pump co-located inside the plastic assembly housing the pump. The VDO pump is much less expensive and much more common-- recent thread gave OEM part numbers and sources.
Good luck.
