New PDA time, I ask here b/c I value all your opinions. Palm T3 or T5 and why? I'm stuck.

I have a T3....don't know anything about a T5
I can say that if you don't have a Bluetooth phone or other devices that are "Bluetoothed" together....you're missing out.
Today while driving, I had my T3 dial my Motorola V551.....very nice indeed!

I'm a Treo 600 guy. It;'s been great. Once you combine
a cell and pda, you can never go back. I actually was a palm guy then a pocket pc guy, and now a palm guy. I like the pocket pc platform better but they have no form factors like the Treo. I highly recommend it. I don't forget my pda anymore because I always bring my phone. b

Just ordered my treo 650
Used tungstens and others as well as pocket pc's. I love the efficiency of a palm and agree with the treo statement. If you are gonna stay with a palm and have no explicit requirements go with the t5 for latest OS and better screen. I am going to get the hands free kit for treo 650 as soon as it hits the shelves and the proclip mount for the car. :-)

Seems better than my old Palm with replaceable batteries
I don't use my Palm for much besides storing 2100 contacts and calendar. So it's off much of the time....but the battery is rechargable....just put it in the cradle.
Having run out of juice on the old one really sucked. This was is in the charger, so it doesn't run out in 4 days or anything like that....then just recharge.

I've been using Treos since they started making them, and they're the bomb. PDA and phone in one package, get your email and text message wherever you like. I don't know why everyone doesn't buy one.

ex treo guy here - gone the sony p900 way - fabulous pda/phone with
none of the quality problems i had with the treo's (180 and 270's) - went through 4 phones in 12 months.
p900:
1) symbian phone (no thanks bill)
2) good battery life (2 days)
3) very robust
4) handwriting recognition only average
