questions re: 2004 A8L- re: lease deals, remote programming and loyalty money. Thx.
1. Anyone know if it already comes programmed with the ability to raise/lower windows with remote? If not, can it be programmed?
2. Can those lucky new A8 drivers share their deal information? I'd be interested in lease pyts., terms, money factor
3. Seems to be conflicting reports on whether Audi loyalty money applies to the new A8. Anyone with any experience one way or the other?
I'd love to move up from my A6, but I need all the "deal" help I can get! Thanks.

Re: questions re: 2004 A8L- re: lease deals, remote programming and loyalty money. Thx.
There is only $750 in loyalty money for the A8L. Finance rates are from 1.9% and up. Premier finance rates are at 5.1%. The residual for 36 months is (I think) 64%. 24 months is at 72%.
Small discounts should be available. I'd say in the 500-1000 range depending.
Check any of the real early build cars mine is in the first 700 car batch and seems to be missing some things. My front passenger seat is not a 16 way seat as the window sticker says. My car does not have auto-on lights the others seem to. I am discussing al of this with my dealer who is getting as little info. from audi on this as I am. I think its ridiculous that the A8 advocate at audi has no idea what equipment the car should have in it. It has beena week and she is still trying to "find out."

Re: Sat down with the fleet mgr yesterday to price out a lease on a
04 A8L.
the residule is 72% on 12k miles and 70% on 15k miles and 69% on 18k miles for a 2 year lease.
Buying the car at window sticker (approx. $74600)and the 18k miles payment will be $1287/mo with no cap reduction and minimum drive offs $2500.
After figuring it out it was better to buy the miles up front rather than pay later.
Hope this is helpful.

Thanks...I'll be going 3 or 4 years though. Any mention of Audi Loyalty cash?
It's unclear in the mail I have from them whether loyalty money applies to the 2004 A8. Every little bit helps!

It matters want Loyality letter you received I was told by the dealer. Some got (in error by AofA) a $2K letter, I got a 1K letter and the website states $750...I guess it matters what car you're coming out of.
I'm going 36 months @ 15K miles a year, zero down, security waived, lease termination of $495 waived, the car has all options w/ 19" wheels, but no solar roof...and the V60 integrated phone.
Comes out to $1089.00 per month with all taxes and licience rolled in.
Hope this helps...BTW car will be registered in New York.

Re: That soulds like an awsome deal including tax and lic. Can
you tell me what the Window Sticker pricing is and what the residule percent is and what the money factor is for 36 months?
Was there a cap reduction from the Sticker price?
I may come to NY to buy the car at that pricing.
Look forward to your response or you can email me to keep private.
Thanking you in advance.

That does sound amazing.....the best I could do was.....(long)
$300 cap reduction, $750 Audi Loyalty money; 48 mos. lease; 10K miles; .00170 money factor; $995/month. Car was Northern Blue, gorgeous color, and all options except phone and solar roof. This was in SoCal (Pacific Audi), and I suspect that dealers here are not "dealing" as much as elsewhere.
I ended up leasing a 2003 A6 4.2 and got a great deal on it. I'll be very happy for 3 years and then we'll see about that S8!
Car dealers are still dealers....when we first started negotiating the "manager" didn't include any Loyalty money on the deal. He said it didn't apply to 2004 A8's. When I showed him an Audi letter that stated that it applied to all 2002, 03, 04 except RS6, he finally included it. My salesman (Ilker) made it a pleasant experience, but the manager almost ruined it. He also started with an insulting offer on the A6....ah well, some things never change.

The final deal I got was as follows. MSRP-73,572. $700.00 discount, $750.00 loyalty money. They initially only offered a $500.00 discount plus loyalty, but since I never pay the Documentary fee, they added that amount in the discount. 24 month premier purchase. Trade value for car was $51,250. Check back for 10K, monthly payment of $405.00. Interest rate on Premier is higher(5.1%) but offset by the 3K plus slaes tax credit by buying instead of leasing.
