Default My friend has '00 S8 manual tranny
After 39000 km motor &amp; tranny were replaced by warranty.
I drove once, but not impress. Personally would prefer automatic tranny.
Car's owner sometime started at 1/4 miles, but '00 M5 and '89 audi200 beat him. For good start car needs a ceramic clutch. With large start rpm stock clutch simply slip, even rwd M5 not loose start.

Now owner send ECU for chip.
