Those of you with S8's with alcantara seat inserts - how is it wearing and would you choose it again

Those of you with S8's with alcantara seat inserts - how is it wearing and would you choose it again
I've been reseraching the material, and I recall last time I considered it, probably 10 years ago or so, it didn't hold up that well over time.
That said, I really like the alcantara headliner and hat shelf. I don't care so much about the leather on the glovebox and center console, but the headliner really lends the interior that 'private jet' feel, and seems to dampen the wind noise a bit too.
Thanks for any input/opinions!

I just got seats from a 98 S8 with 90K miles, it looked great!
The leather on the seats looked a little worn, but the alcantara looks great, I would look hard to get one with alcantara.....very, very nice.
