Cross that one off the list: Doesn't work
When the car was readapting, it was working great at low speeds, now it did start the hunting, and I just brought it on the highway....the dropout of the torque converter continues.
At least we crossed it off the list!

Re: levelten.com has reworked valve body for 798.00. But I hope it's just the loose bolt.
Nice source. Too bad I could not google them using "audi a8 valve body". Google is just not quite a library yet.
Paul W-- my hunting was gone without the valve body-- the thump is greatly reduced to close to nothing.

Just a note to say I cannot find anything like these 3 ground terminals on a RHD car behind the glove box... guess they are on the other side like LHD cars?
