Transmission Swap Questions
OK so I bought a used FUN code transmission from Jfrahm. It didn't come with a torque converter and I'm trying to figure out what to do. Does anybody know if my AUX code torque converter will work?
The reason I ask is because two different transmission guys have told me they would need the numbers from the torque converter to know what to order (if it were to be replaced). I don't want them to order the wrong thing. Another source said that any torque converter from a D2 A8 will work. Can anybody clear this up for me?
