upper control arms
at one end, there's a big rubber bushing. At the other end, there's some kind of joint covered by a rubber boot. What's under there? Or is that just a little bushing?
How do you know if the control arm bushings need to be replaced? One of mine has a visible crack in it.

Are you getting a "clunking" in your front suspension? Say when going over bumps and/or when turning?
And typically the entire control arm is replaced, not just the bushings. I haven't seen bushing replacement kits out there, though they may exist.

bushings for control arms...
stand alone bushings can be found at www.etyparts.com under "online catalog". I'm guessing that you're gonna need access to a press for these but great way 2 save $$$$.
