Default experience replacing lower control arm bushings?

Ball joint seems fine, but the bushings look (and sound) like the need replacement. Uppers arms replaced earlier this year, but i have access to a lift and a press and was thinking about replacing just the bushings....

save your self time and $$$ replace the whole arm, the paved wagon paths have had there way with em.
