I would guess that if I was taking my time, had all the tools and parts available, and didn't have any stuck screws or bolts, I would say 8-10 hours. Someone who has changed a few of them out, probably 3-5 hours. And that's moving pretty quickly. By the way, you didn't specify a year. 32V motors on the pre-facelift cars take a little more time since the design for locking the camshafts isn't as easy as it is on the 40v motors. My direct experience is with the 40V.
