Default you dont need 'em
Set the engine at 0 or TDC. Remove all the covers, and ignition coils, remove the vavle covers. The cam gears have a dot cast in them that aligns perfectly together when the cams are in the right place. Email me and I'll reply with a picture if necessary.

Default That is only true if no one messed with it before.
The cam sprockets are not keyed to the cam shaft.
