I am not an expert on this but I think you're out of luck getting one for your car...

...it being a 1997 with 133k miles. :-)

Me. I can get you a plan, but it won't be much coverage, and don't forget all plans..

....are capped at value of car, so when you compare cost of plan vs. possible payout, it's probably not worth it.
