about to take the plunge on an 05 SWB..price/stuff to look for ?
well, my '00 D2 is about done and I've found a black 05 with 34k miles, very nicely optioned for $33k which seems fairly reasonable, I think I might get the aftermarket warranty that'll take it to 100k miles for an additional $1500...
There's an awful lot of buttons and bits on this car, I've pushed most of em, but anything i should be certain to try out before I buy ? What's the D3 equivalent of the never working headrests and heated steering wheel on the D2's ?

Nothing too serious with the 05s that I have found. Some early D3s were plagued with minor problems - mostly 04s.
Cloudy window trim, control arm bushings, MMI screen motor failures, thermostats (that will be a guaranteed fail if original).
