I have had my A8L and for 8 months now and loving it. Thanks for all the info posted on this forum.

Last week the yellow indicator warning light for the adaptive air suspension was solid yellow and the green indicator light was flashing and I noticed that the front end of my car was @2 inches off the ground. Brought it in and the service manager told me the air hose cracked and it was on backorder from germany (7-10 days). To my surprise, day and a half later I get my car back. Problem fixed driving it home that night. Next morning, not 12 hours later, warning light is back on and front end @2 inches off the floor. Brought it in and I just found out that the exhaust melted the hose causing it to crack and leak. Service manager says they probably installed it imcorrectly. Has anyone else had a problem like this or heard of this happening before.

I havent seen that issue before but it scares me a bit when the explanation is that the exhaust melted the hose. Maybe its something that we all should take a look at.

Forgo the hose and get the rear end dropped to match.
