Compare it with one that actually works and draw your own conclusion.

Waste of time, it's just an intake blockage.

Waste of money.
You could buy 12 ounces of silver to insure your retirement for that.

Funny that it says it takes 60 amps of power, but yet they have some pretty small wires in their wiring harness. If it really took 60 amps, you would need much bigger wires.

Good point. Only problem is that you need about 20 times more power to create any significant boost. So it would be 1200 A. What about those wires, alternator, motor... Those guys are crooks.

Dont bash me for making this thread... This is advertised as a product for the A8 on a legit site.

Besides the point, is there any way to supercharge/turbo our 4.2 v8's?

Sorry. Everything said was for those "legit" guys.

Yes. 2003/04 Rs6 had twin turbos on a very similar engine and 450 HP. Very expensive and difficult to find. Swapping would be a major project, way more expensive than buying S8 with better engine of a same power.

There is a supercharger kit on the market too. Money wise the same thing.
But it doesn't cost anything to dream.

If it was under $1300 for parts and install, I'd consider it.
