Can somone please help me interpret this service history

I've put up 4 GIFS. I'd really appreciate someone's help on this imminent purchase. The services are in codes, and my salesman tried to decipher most.

Looks about normal. Typical stuff, trunk lid, thermostat, brake pads @33K, tpms sensor..

Don't take my word but S/B OK, lets get some other views, use it as a negotiating tool. As always stated in prior posts on this subject, it's all about the service dept of your local dealer and obviously make sure it is cpo'd with a fine tooth comb.
