Do I need to re code the battery after I disconnected it
Hi every one first I want to thank you all for all the information you guys are posting here it helped me a lot .
Not long ago I thought I bought a lemon , but with your help I managed to bring the car to almost perfect condition ( it's still a 10 year old car) I am enjoying the car like it should be enjoyed.
Now to my question , I disconnected the battery because I had to change the lock on the right back door it didn't open from the outside, and beside that there was a fault code on the door, and from what I read here it drains the battery so there was no escaping fixing this problem . the Instructions on the web is to disconnect the battery when you work on the door. The repair went well the door works and the fault code has gone.
But I still have battery problem, after two days with no start there isn't enough juice to start the car and I have to jump start the car and clear fault codes. that are connected to low battery. the battery is two years old . Is it a problem that the I need to re code the battery or need to replace battery .

No, you don't ever need to recode battery when you simply disconnect it. BUT, if you replaced it two years ago, was it recoded then? If not, obviously still probably not coded correctly.
FWIW, I personally think the system probably eventually figures out if a battery is replaced, coding or not. But it isn't documented. If it doesn't, system logically only uses decay algorithms and likely then time based, or maybe with a start count and/or run time layered on. Speculation though.
Even at two years old, you can sometimes have a bad battery, especially if it has been fully discharged a few times. Also possible you have a current drain somewhere. If your door handles are the keyless/comfort entry type, they are a known occasional battery discharge problem when defective. A VCDS scan will likely give you clues on other items causing a battery drain (car alarm horn and various audio/receiver components are other known examples), plus of course a change to check/confirm battery coding.

1 battery was replaced by previous owner at the dealer the sticker from the dealer is still on it with the date so this is how I know it is two years old, now if it was done at an authorized dealer I presume they coded it .
2 After I completed the work on the door I did a VCDS scan again and I have an historic fault code :

update:
Next day (Tuesday) the car barely started but started, after a short drive and a short stop tried to start and no start . Jump started the car with a booster and drove the car home. The next day (Wednesday) the car started with no problem had a long drive with it , after a long stop ( about 6 hours)the car started with no problems, on the way home I stopped at the dealer to buy a new battery and left the motor running . They didn't have the battery in stock and had to be ordered . As I got in to the car and started driving the radio suddenly went silence, the lights on the screen was and the MMI where still on , I tried to switch to CD the CD play but no sound . By the time I got home the screen went black and staid up the light on the MMI went dark . As I got home I did a scan :

Any suggestions or related threads to fixing this new problem
Next day (Tuesday) the car barely started but started, after a short drive and a short stop tried to start and no start . Jump started the car with a booster and drove the car home. The next day (Wednesday) the car started with no problem had a long drive with it , after a long stop ( about 6 hours)the car started with no problems, on the way home I stopped at the dealer to buy a new battery and left the motor running . They didn't have the battery in stock and had to be ordered . As I got in to the car and started driving the radio suddenly went silence, the lights on the screen was and the MMI where still on , I tried to switch to CD the CD play but no sound . By the time I got home the screen went black and staid up the light on the MMI went dark . As I got home I did a scan :
