Extended Warranty CarChex Mepco

I found an 04 A8L, with 11,000 miles left on a transferable extended warranty or until 7/14. Has anyone ever heard of CarChex Mepco ? Anyone dealt with them before ?

No experience here, but I would be careful with any company offering extended warranty for a ten years old luxury German car. Can be very difficult to get anything from them.
