I will be attempting to do the following Gasket replacement my self some time.
OIL FILTER ADAPTER GASKET
VALVE COVER GASKET
INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET
Could any of you advice me any cleaning solution I can use when I open the valve cover and intake manifest?
Are there any other things I should be replacing while in the area?
Could someone let me know what are these highlighted ones are? I may have to remove to replace valve cover gaskets.

You really need to follow the service manual procedure when removing those things. Over 1500 PSI of pressure stored there. Trust me. The life you save may be your own or a loved ones....
