Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D's are very good. Nokians are perhaps the best winter tire, but may not be

available in 19" sizes. Last season I ran the Dunlops in 255/35 19" on my RS4 and they were very good. Car ran like it was on rails over boilerplate packed snow and ice. Will run Blizzaks on 19's this year on my A8, as dealer sold them in a package with the new 5 spoke A8 wheels.
