I still have my 1998 D2 with 165000 miles, no transmission problems, it has engin oil leak at front right that service people say is bad head gasket??? Not a bad cam seal that they replaced (according to them) Going to take apart myself and check. Great faithfull car. Loved it.
I brought 2004 A8L year and half ago. Just hit 86000 miles. Its soooooo much nicer than my 98.
Most confortable seats and ride I have ever experienced. Great in snow even with all season tires. So fast and confortable but less fuel mileage than old D2.
