Interior door trim removal - Hints/suggestions?

Interior door trim removal - Hints/suggestions?
Can anyone explain how to remove the wood door trim or has done it? I popped off part of the plastic trim below the wood (in an effort to pry the trim off) and noticed a little clip that looks like the door trim slides forward and then you pull out.
It is vibrating horrifically and is super annoying. I am trying to figure out where it is loose and put something behind it to stop the vibration....
