MMI Stuck In Bootloader

This is the furthest i can get all mmi controls are down this is so jacked up
Yea Im guilty for messing around with the hidden green menu. I tried to do an emergency update without any software and I think that bricked my mmI nothing works mmi related no lights back up cam nothing I have a 2011 a6 can anybody tell me what I did that was the only ...thing i tried to do and it was the last.
