Oil leak
I'm not sure if this is a common thing one these just noticed a oil leak from the from of the car not too much out but after looking it looks like it's dripping from somewhere near the top or middle of the front of the motor any suggestions as to what it could be

Crankshaft seal is my first thought. Take the belly pan off and figure the highest point you find oil is the source of the leak. In general, oil tends to follow gravity.

My guess, coming from that side, it's the oil filter housing o-ring. It leaks from under the intake manifold from the rear, down the valley pan, and out the front drivers side weep hole. Removal of the intake manifold is required. Then you can carbon clean the intakes at the same time.

Sounds like it’s coming from your oil filter housing. There’s a small o-ring where the housing meets the top of engine that seems to leak. Then the oil seeps down to the front of engine. It’s pretty common. I had a pretty detailed pdf for the V8, your V10 is basically the same just a little less room to work with I bet. Take a look at this https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a8-...2865485/page2/
