Where is the clip located that connects to the o2 sensor? By the firewall?

Also could this be causing the second engine fault as well?

That one is other bank, but still maybe. The below efficiency sensor is the one I would guess is more likely failing, while the heating wire code could be connector.

If it were mine, I would first locate ALL the connectors, CAREFULLY unplug them, spray some contact cleaner on both ends and reconnect. Then clear codes.

Make sure you know how to undo Audi connectors. If you are using a tool of any kind, 90% likely you will break them from general experience. In any case, undoing connectors is far easier than sensor replace, might save money, and little to lose.

Obviously clear codes afterwards and then drive for a while. I would also run a couple of bottles of Techron through the gas tank just in case, if you haven't recently.

I and several others have used this thread concerning B2S1 on all D3s. Maybe it can help you?

Are the o2 connectors like the connector at the mass airflow on top?

Not exactly the same, but similar overall look for a relatively large connector. The pre cat ones ("S1") use a 6 wire position connector clip. The connectors are generally black or brown, though sometimes yellow and green. Those are color codes for the various positions and sensor types. Below is a picture of one I found on web. They may be on back firewall like they were on my A6 4.2. On my (lots o' sensors) D3 W12 they are in mounting points around the passenger air box. Post cat ones only have 4 wire positions IIRC with terminals all in line, so you can tell them apart.
