I managed to get a whole set of B&O speakers (minus sub & tweeters) for less than $200 so once I have them, I'll maybe see about getting the existing ones repaired...
Both my fronts are gone and at least one rear is on the way...

Default I replaced two surrounds on my ‘09
had the same damage to both door speakers, I bought a salvage set at first, but then replaced the surrounds. Very simple and they sound as good as new. $10-$15 for the parts plus shipping. Well worth the time.

Where did u get the parts? I could not find the right size

On a side note: after fixing both front speakers, setting sound to FRONT and turning off the SURROUND, the sound system sounds really good now, I am impressed. I even removed my aftermarket subwoofer from the trunk.
However, everything is not great yet. I developed some kind of rattle from the back when music is loud. Seems like bass makes electrical shade rattle even when its down

Those kits are very cheap now. Ordered two, cause I have another blown speaker I bought from Ebay
