ROUGH IDLE AFTER A MINUTE OR SO OF RUNNING BUT VERY SMOOTH AT HIGH SPEEDS

2004 VW PASSAT 1.8T ......ORIGINALLY THE OBDII GAVE ME A CODE OF P0340
MEANING MY CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR WAS FAULTY....I WENT A HEAD AND REPLACED IT,REPLACED ALL THE SPARK PLUGS CHECKED ALL THE WIRING REPLACED THE CRACKED PCV/PRV VALVE BUT STILL GETTING THE SAME CODE OVER AND OVER.......I HAVE CHECKED VISUALLY FOR A VACUUM LEAK BUT I CANT SEEM TO FIND IT....... ANY SUGGESTIONS????/

START WITH... no SHOUTING.

Then head to a VW board, or at least board where a 1.8T was used like A3 or A4. Not even remotely close on an A8 board.
