VCDS Battery Advanced Measuring
Hello,
I have a 2007 A8L, 4.2 FSI; 136K Miles, located in Utah, US.
I am working on some electrical issues, can anyone tell me what the standard should be for the VCDS advanced measuring value of the "Current Value- From Battery" when the vehicle is running, just idling. Radio is on.
My values are jumping all over the place from as high as a positive 8.0 Amps to a negative 7.5 Amp reading.
I do have some other issues, I am wondering if these are contributing to this, or what is a normal reading for this advanced measuring report.
I believe that my kessy (sp) needs replaced, among some other electrical issues.
The Alternator seems to be generating the proper charging voltage per the advanced measuring data.
