GG,
Do you know or have any link to how to clear the roof drains? I can see the holes in the front, but how about the rear? Do I need to remove the liner from inside the car?
I just discovered this yesterday.

I did the front drains first. They were both clogged. The end of the hoses in the front appear to be shorter and more restrictive. Driver side was easy to find. I had to use a flathead screw driver to unclog. The front passenger side was tricky. After getting the wheel and liner out I had to loosen the screws on windshield washer reservoir as the drain was behind it on the left side. Used the shortest screwdriver I had as I couldn’t take the reservoir completely out.

Thanks,
I'll try tomorrow, people used the weed whacker line to push through, do you think it would work?
Cheers,
Louis

I tried using weed wacker trim line for the front drains starting from the top. I found it to be too flimsy once I hit the clog part. I ended up using Some steel cable I bought from Home Depot. They cut it to length and I was able to get a thicker gauge wire that worked pretty well.

Thanks for the video, I did the whole 4 corners today and I found out something quite interesting. I'll create a new thread with my video for people to search easier,
Cheers,
Louis

Thanks, without your video I would be wasting more time looking for the drain LOL.

I have an 04 a8L 4.2. My car button on my MMI won’t work and is the only one not working. Has anyone else ran into this problem? I also have another issue that may or may not be related to this, my front suspension won’t hold air. I tested the compressor it’s up to spec. Tested the manifold and it seems to be working as it should. Can’t hear any audible leaks. Where should I look next? Please help a first time Audi owner.
