@Slamck I finally got my Stage 2 today. I did the pulleys last weekend and it is pretty easy to get them changed as long as you follow APR instructions. It took me 3h to get all of it done and I was interrupted quite a few times by my wife lol Power gain from all the changes is just incredible. I paid 1600 for flash and I think 550 for pulleys on sale. I think it is not much money for so much fun behind the wheel.

Did two runs to 100 along side a 2013 A8L 4.0T with my 2014 A8 3.0T with APR stage 1. The 3.0T was quicker. It launched harder and could pull on the 4.0. It wasn't monumenttly quicker, but just.

I recently purchased a 2015 A8l and dual pulley APR tuned it about 3 weeks later. What a difference in power. They are no slouch stock, but it is night and day difference. For me, I had the 3.0t in my C6 A6 before and it was nothing but great the whole time I owned it. Sure the 4.0t and the power that comes with it would be great, but after starting to read all the nightmares with them I quickly went back to the trusty 3.0t. I always wanted to tune my a6, but never did that is why I jumped on it so soon when I got my A8l. Cant wait to get a trans tune to up the redline for even more power. Also, Built myself an intake for some of that SC noise. I built it so it goes right down behind the passenger fog area and so the filter is no where near the hot stuff. I love it all so far.

This is good to know! All my friends have modded 4.0ts (rs7, s8, and so on) so I know I cant keep up with that, but would like to go up against a stock one. I am guessing I could get them with my dual pulley stage 2.
