A8l D4/4H front lighter fuse

I have checked every fuse in the rear behind the passenger seat and none of the fuses are blown. The dealer wants $dollars for something I know I can do. I have a 2015 A8 TDI 3.0. with all options except for rear TV's.

If yes and it's intact, then the fault is somewhere else, like loose wire or busted socket, for example.

I have checked every fuse in the whole luggage compartment. I wonder if the connection to the lighter is bad?
I just thought of something else can it be a relay?
The socket is intact and looks new. Is it difficult to remove the front lighter?
