Any suggestions on the best wheel as a second set for my new S8 winter tires. I want 21" wheels even though they arent the best in snow. Thanks for ideas!

Dunlop wintersport 3d, in a 275x35-21.....its the only snow tire in 21 that fits, and there are no 265s even made, going by tire racks huge selection.

Good news, you have o choices to make. 600 a tire though..

The 2nd set of wheels in 20s opens up 20 or so options..you could buy rims and tires for 600 a wheel. Storage required offseason though.

many thanks-I have the Dunlops coming so am limited to 21" wheels. Just think 20" won't look great and and since winter in Vancouver is mild, I don't mind slightly lower traction of 21 vs 20". Ain't the D$ S8 a monster!

I stayed with the stock 21 inch 5 rotor titanium finish and switch the tires for winter/summer. Couldn't find any wheel that I preferred more.

Where did you buy your 21" rotor wheels from? I'm currently shopping for a new set of wheels for my 2012 A8, and not really thrilled with what I am finding.

They are the stock Audi 21" Titanium finish wheels that I ordered on the car.
