Default Anyone ever mod their lower rear valence for the newer tips?

I like the rectangular tips on some of the newer A8s and it seems as if the lower part of the bumper is separate and could be change. Can always modify the tips themselves if they don't quite fit around the tail pipes...

I've begun to realize that people don't really mod the A8, not much info other than VAG-COM. But i guess it makes sense. Doubtful people want to lower these cars, increase HP and put spacers on the wheels. Car is pretty much perfect as it is.

It's pretty good as it is, yes. While I like the newer style rectangular ports, I wouldn't get anything from China.

I agree with that sentiment.

Well, OEM parts needed include the following:
4H0253825C-$266.40
4H0253826C-$266.40
4H0807363A-$115.20 each (2 required)
4H0807521BGRU-$280.80
Total-$1044
Some modification may be required, I don't know how the exhaust connects to the tips on the 4.0 or W12, but I wouldn't want the old round tips just hanging out there. Also, paint cost would vary depending on who you used.

Here's what the interior tips look like inside the trapezoidal housing...
