Actually my friend with the RS7 said that the in-car effect is not so strong, because of all the insulation and stuff, but his 1/4 mile times fell drastically and he's beating a stock 991 turbo S on the drag strip, which was a shocker for me.

That's impressive, the RS7 is already quite the beast without a tune. I can only imagine it with one.

10.845 on a Bulgarian track, which is definitely worse quality than what you guys got in the States.

I just had this tune installed. (2014 S8 47k miles) What a transformation. The go pedal pops the front end so far up, if there was any more torque and the awd bias was any more towards the rear wheels this car would need a wheelie bar. Warranty be damned!

Yes, its fast, etc etc., but one thing I wasn't ready for was how smooth this tune is. There used to be a jerky-ness in S mode when lifting off the throttle sometimes, and other throttle input weirdness, now its gone. Audi should tap into this mastery, what should have came from the factory was worth the price alone.

If anyone is thinking about this upgrade, do it.

Nice! Now you need to take it to LVMS and see what it will do in the 1/4. Looks like there is an open test 'n' tune Friday the 16th.
